Services and Emergency Vet Care
Although the focus of our veterinary hospital is on providing wellness and preventive care, we are also here to help care for your pets whenever they become ill. If your pet is exhibiting any unusual symptoms or behaviors, contact us or bring your pet to our Portland veterinarian as soon as possible. Our doctor will perform a thorough examination and may call for laboratory tests to aid in the diagnostic process. Most lab results are received back within 24 hours. If a pet surgery should be required, we have all of the necessary equipment and modern technology at our veterinary hospital to make it as minimally invasive and pain-free as possible.
If your pet should ever be involved in an accident or experience some type of serious medical event such as a stroke, bring him to our emergency vet during regular office hours. If you can, try to call in advance so we can advise you of steps to take on the way to our clinic. Our veterinarian will provide all necessary services to try to preserve the health and life of your pet.
